We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 07, 2024, to inter alia transact the following businesses:

• To consider and approve the audited standalone financial results and the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2024.

The trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company continues to remain closed for the directors/officers/designated persons of the Company until 48 hours from the date of declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2024.
