The Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 30, 2023 has inter-alia approved the following businesses:

  • Approved the appointment of Mr. Nitesh Bansal (DIN: 10170738) as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of 5 investor-news-years effecting from May 30, 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and other statutory approval, if required.   • Approved the appointment of Mrs. Ruchica Gupta (DIN: 06912329), Non-Executive Independent Director, as regular Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Company.
