The Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited (the “Company”) at its meeting held on August 05, 2022 has inter alia approved following businesses:

Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022.
Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022.
Appointment of M/s. Sanjay Grover & Associates, Company Secretaries (Firm Registration No. P2001DE052900) as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2022.
