To consider and approve the audited standalone financial results and the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2024.

The trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company continues to remain closed for the directors/officers/designated persons of the Company until 48 hours from the date of declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024.
