The Board of Directors in their meeting held on June 07, 2023 has inter-alia approved the acquisition of 100% (hundred per cent) equity shares of Velotio Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and having a business of outsourced information technology services including outsourced product development and digital product engineering Services.
